Personal Development training and workshops are a great way of getting your teams together to develop as individuals - as developing good team working.

I have delivered training and led workshops in business as well as within the public and voluntary sectors and I am currently the Workplace Training Lead for Mind in Somerset. 

I firmly believe that people learn as much from each other as they do from a 'trainer' therefore all of my workshops are highly interactive with plenty of opportunity for discussion, reflection and sharing of ideas.

All training is currently provided online (usually via Zoom or Teams ) and can be adapted to half day or full day workshops. In some cases I can also provide 1/2 hour or hour long presentations and facilitated discussion for team meetings.
