A BIT ABOUT ME
I started my career in local government where I ended up managing large multi disciplinary teams in the health and leisure sector. In 2013 I took the offer of voluntary redundancy to seek a better work/life balance. Unsure of what to do next, I decided to build on my management skills, and retrained as a Personal Development Coach with The Coaching Academy, and as a Trainer with The Learning Curve.
I am passionate about helping individuals to explore their own potential and to find their own 'success' (whatever that means to them!) I am often amazed that the very smallest changes can make the biggest difference.
I live in the West Country and am at my happiest when I am with my small dog (small in stature - not in character!) next to, on, or in the sea!!
