A BIT ABOUT ME
I am passionate about helping individuals to explore their own potential and to find their own 'success' (whatever that means to them!) I am often amazed that the very smallest changes can make the biggest difference.
I started my career in local government where I ended up managing large multi disciplinary teams in the health and leisure sector. In 2013 I took the offer of voluntary redundancy to seek a better work/life balance. Unsure of what to do next, I decided to build on my management skills, and retrained as a Personal Development Coach with The Coaching Academy, and as a Trainer with The Learning Curve.
Becoming a qualified, licensed Trainer with 'Feel The Fear®' to deliver workshops and one-to-one sessions is yet another development in my evolving journey!!
I combine my work with working for a local Mental Health charity and am both an adult and youth Mental Health First Aider with MHFA England.
I live in the West Country and am at my happiest when I am with my small dog (small in stature - not in character!) next to, on, or in the sea!!

TRAINING / WORKSHOPS
"The day was great fun and flew by. Lots of great positive ideas for everyday life and longer term goals - I loved it!'
If you are looking for ways to bring your organisational teams together, then one of my personal development workshops or webinars could be the solution.
I can provide bespoke interactive workshops on a range of subjects including (but not limited to) Resilience, Mental Health Awareness, Emotional Intelligence, Happiness, Positive Choices and Coaching.
"Alison helped me to be open and find what is important to me as well as to set goals to help me complete. I am easily overwhelmed but I am now able to plan and even push myself further because it is planned - even in new areas."
Have you lost sight of what is important in your life? Or maybe you know exactly what you want to achieve but don't have a clear vision of how to achieve it?
If this sounds like you, then Personal Development Coaching could be exactly what you are looking for.
Just as an athlete would enlist a coach to train and support them in their sporting goals, a Personal Development Coach is there to support, encourage and teach you expert techniques to make you feel at ease and confident in changes you want to make in your life.
Over a series of sessions, I will work with you to identify what you want to change in your life and how you can make a simple plan to achieve that change.
